Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Sidus Platforms Inc. ("Company") and members regarding the use of the 'topceleV' service ("Service"), as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow relevant laws.

If the Company and Member enter into a separate agreement, that agreement shall prevail.

Article 15-2 (Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users)

The Company enforces a zero tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior within the Service.

"Objectionable Content" refers to any content that:

  1. Contains discriminatory or hateful material based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
  2. Promotes or constitutes violence, threats, harassment, or bullying
  3. Contains pornography, sexually explicit material, or child exploitation
  4. Exposes others' personal information without consent or constitutes stalking
  5. Contains fraud, misinformation, spam, or deceptive material
  6. Promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide
  7. Promotes or constitutes illegal activity
  8. Is otherwise deemed detrimental to the sound operation of the Service by the Company

"Abusive Behavior" refers to any conduct that:

  1. Involves repeated harassment, threats, or intimidation of other Members
  2. Constitutes misuse of the Service through false reporting or similar actions
  3. Involves repeated posting of Objectionable Content
  4. Infringes upon the rights of others through use of the Service

The Company may immediately remove or hide any Objectionable Content without prior notice.

The Company may suspend or permanently ban any Member engaging in Abusive Behavior, or immediately terminate their use agreement, without prior warning.

Article 15-3 (Content Reporting and Blocking)

he Company provides an in-app reporting feature that enables Members to report Objectionable Content or Abusive Behavior.

Members may report Objectionable Content or Abusive Behavior through the reporting feature within the Service. The Company shall review all reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours of receipt.

Members may block other Members. Content from blocked Members will not be displayed to the blocking Member.

The Company may notify the reporting Member of the outcome of their report.

Compensation for damages caused by service defects shall follow the "Guidelines for Digital Content User Protection."
