The topceleV service collects and uses the following personal information for purposes such as membership registration, customer support (CS), and the delivery of important notices.

1. Purpose and Items of Personal Information Collected

• a. Identification of Members and Provision of Membership-Based Services

  Collected items: User ID, Email Address, and Password
  • To prevent misuse, the user ID and email address are retained for up to three (3) years after account deletion. After this period, the information is permanently deleted.
• Analysis of Service Usage and Prevention of Misuse
  We collect service usage logs, IP addresses, and device information (such as model, device identifier, and OS/app version) during service use to prevent misuse and analyze visit and usage patterns.
  • This data is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
  • However, to prevent fraudulent activities, it may be retained for up to thirty (30) days before being deleted.

2. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information

  • However, user ID and email address may be stored for up to three (3) years to prevent service abuse, and then permanently deleted.
• Service Usage Records, IP Address, and Device Information
  
  • Immediately deleted upon account deletion.
  • Retained for up to 30 days to prevent misuse, then permanently deleted.

3. Consent and User Rights

Users have the right to decline the collection and use of personal information that is necessary for using the topceleV service.

However, refusal to consent may limit access to certain features or services. In particular, specific features may not function properly without user consent.

By agreeing to this policy, users acknowledge that their personal data is appropriately collected, stored, and deleted according to the stated purposes, and that certain information may be retained for a limited period to prevent fraudulent use.
